Baby Room Three.

Your child’s experience is central to the thinking of every Practitioner.

 

Baby Room 3 was created to meet the needs of our rising 2 – 2and a half year olds.

 

We believe that each stage of a child’s development should be reflected in the environment provided. For this reason, our children benefit from age appropriate activities and individualised care to promote their confidence and holistic development. In this room we provide lots of malleable and sensory play to support the children’s exploratory instincts.

Listening to the child’s voice, thoughts and feelings allows us to adapt the curriculum to one where a child as at the heart of all we do and that their thoughts and opinions matter.

Practitioners understand that toddlers are learning to be independent and managing their feelings in a supported way is an important part of self-regulation.
